Excavators specially equipped with LaBounty shears and pulverizers allow Zaccor to easily handle large projects containing high volumes of concrete and steel. Large concrete structures, above-ground tank farms, industrial plants, concrete piers, bridges and other heavily built structures are able to be processed and recycled efficiently and quickly. Zaccor is steadily moving toward maximizing reuse and recycle efforts and minimizing material to be landfilled in our efforts to remain environmentally conscious.		In the last 25 years Zaccor Companies, Inc. has become one of the leading Bay Area Marine Demolition contractors. Utilizing our fleet of barges, tugs and support craft along with numerous pieces of specialized heavy equipment, Zaccor has completed many unique projects throughout Northern California. These projects, which include pier and wharf demolition, derelict vessel removal, pile extraction, as well as breakwater and marina deconstruction, have given Zaccor the opportunity to serve many clients, both public and private, within the Bay Area Marine industry.

	Deconstruction & Salvage is a logical alternative to supplement demolition efforts that will result in materials for recycle or reuse. Zaccor Companies has experience in the systematic disassembly of structures to aid in the recovery of valuable materials for reuse; items that cannot be reused may often qualify for recycling. Zaccor makes every effort to divert materials from landfill and assist their clients in satisfying LEED and Waste Reduction/Diversion goals.		Zaccor has extensive experience in the fields of environmental excavation, remediation, transportation and disposal. Zaccor has completed numerous projects involving environmental management.
