Work on this project consisted of demolishing/deconstructing three buildings with a total floor area of approximately 16,000 square feet.   Scope of work included floor space plus foundation components to a minimum of four feet below finished grade.   Also included were clearing and grubbing the site,cutting and capping utilities, installing drainage systems, sub-grade preparation, site grading, installation of base rock fill along with performing all associated work.
