Zaccor Companies, Inc., established in 1983, is a multidisciplinary, licensed California General Engineering Contractor (A, C-21, ASB, HAZ) providing services to both private and public sector clients, specializing in General Demolition, Marine Demolition, Deconstruction & Salvage, and Environmental Remediation.

Zaccor is signatory to the Operating Engineers Local  3 & Local 12, Piledrivers Local 34 and Local 2375, and  Laborers Local 304, as well as a certified Small Business contractor (Federal and State).   In December 2011 Zaccor was also certified as a small Local Business Entity (LBE) for the City and County of San Francisco.

Fully bondable and insured, Zaccor can offer a broad range of services matched by few other contractors in the Bay Area.  With a complete line of equipment, from Bobcats to our Komatsu PC600 Excavator (64 tons), excavator mounted shears and pulverizers, semi tractors and low bed trailers, barges, tug boats, fast response boats, etc., Zaccor need not rely on rental equipment to get the job done.

Zaccor has provided emergency support operations to the United States Coast Guard, Department of Fish and Game, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and several other agencies since our inception. In addition Zaccor played an intricate role in the clean up efforts with two of the Bay Area's largest spills-the Cosco Busan (2007) and the Cape Mohican (1996) spills.
